My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was only 33 years old. Then again at 36. And she survived both times thanks to agressive treatments and surgeries. Needless to say, prevention has been part of my vocabulary ever since I was old enough to know better. That includes preventive tests every year. And no matter how often I do them, the stress always goes up as I get closer to the tests and the results. Because – what if? What if they found something that I just didn’t notice? It’s so easy to forget about it the rest of the time, to think that it only happens to other women. But when it comes to that time of the year..
Anyway, the results for this year just came back on Friday – and all is good! So this weekend I decided to celebrate the great news..well, by treating myself to some pretty new bras of course Some favorites from around the web:
