Today’s been one of those days. One of those days when everything goes (and feels) wrong. I mean, it’s so bad that I cried when I realized we were out of Nutella…tears for nutella, people!!!Ha. Well, I ran down to the store (nobody messes with my Nutella, oh no!), and what did I make with it? This nutty little mug cake. It was yuum! I’m telling you, there’s no better pick me up than a little mug cake…especially when it involves Ferrero Rocher! The world seems like a better place all of a sudden
Thought I’d share the recipe with you all in case you also need something not calorific at all to cheer you up.
What you need:

1. Add all of the ingredients in the order of the list above. Whisk with a fork.
2. Bake in the microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 minute if you like your cakes runny, or about 2 minutes if you like them more dry. Please note: time depends on microwave wattage.
3. Add a little wiped cream….and enjoy!
Makes one rather large serving.
