Usually I am not your pastel kind of girl. I like bright, fun, vivid colors. But in the Spring it’s different. As soon as the trees start blooming, I crave that softness that only pastel colors can give you. And when I am looking for softness and beautiful pastels, I don’t know anything better than digging through Jose Villa‘s photography. While browsing through his work, I found these images. As always I am just speechless in front of so much beauty. This breathtaking young love.

I want this, all of it. I want to grab my hubby by the arm, set a beautiful table for the two of us to enjoy, lay down in the tall grasses as the sun is setting down. And enjoy that soft, romantic atmosphere. I want to LIVE in Jose Villa’s world, it is so beautiful. But since that’s not going to be possible anytime soon, I’ll just do what I do best to cope with disappointment…that’s right, shopping! hehe.
