The minute I saw the Famille Summerbelle collection, it just tickled me all the way down to my French roots. Somehow, gazing at their beautiful wallpapers, I’m back to a time when I was a little girl, stuffing my face carefully enjoying a lovely eclair au chocolat at my grand-mother’s house.
But enough of me talking French pastries. Famille Summerbelle mixes the UK and french roots of their creators, and I find the result completely charming. On top of their wallpapers, they also carry great prints for your walls, like the San Fran print below. I really can’t wait to see more from this company.

I’ve been wanting to get one of their city maps for ages – I simply can’t decide which one! I also really love the imagery in their wallpaper, the Sunday in Paris one that you’re displaying here. Unfortunately I don’t think it would really go with the rest of our home, but I still think it’s beautiful.
And did you see their latest paper-cut maps? Totally reminded me of our little project
I know
And they’re not making it easier by giving us even *more* choices! Would totally opt for the papercut ones… But I’m also thinking of what kind of frame would display it best, so that it doesn’t just look like a fæat print… maybe one of those acrylic frames?
Maybe you could find something like this http://pinterest.com/pin/89157267592583135/ (an empty frame that works with the style of your house) and find a way to attach the map to that so it stands out a bit? WDYT?

They have some really cute family trees too! ^^
